Great advertising fan c 1890. A by-gone convenience for customers when business's gave away fans that advertised their services. Fans were very important to circulate stifling hot days.
The graphics on this are fantastic! Little boy in his long john underwear holding a candle and what looks to be a toy handgun or pistol.
