Attractive Victorian style and feature a shell type decoration. As found in old estate. It has tree hooks in all with the top provision for a hat I believe.
This has 2 holes for mounting to the wall. Cast with nice detail to the arms and support. The piece has a height 8 inches and extend from the wall 4 inches.
Leave the surface rust as a patina or maybe it can be blasted and painted. Attractive either way. Very ornate and would make a great rustic gift.
