What a fun piece! Found in an estate, and yes, the people were on a lake house. This is little guy measures almost 6" long with the tongue and 3" tall.
Not sure of the date or who made this but worthy of another cabin, lake house, beach house home. Green and cream paint.
Appears to be made of wood and has the neatest twisted wire hooks.
