Never worn, as new. Vintage stylish 1980s or early 90s minimalist black short sleeve slip or market dress with ties. Unlined. The maker is Confetti, I can't find another with this label but very cute dress again, believed never worn. No tags other than label.
Great vintage condition, no flaws that I see.
