Collegiate Freshman Beanie Cap
Believed to be from a Madison Wisconsin College...colors Red and White. As-found in estate. Karen Winjum of Perham Minnsota's freshman beanie. If I'm correct, she must have
been a student of a Multicultural program at UW. A neat piece of history. This felt red and white beanie still carries the name tag made by the Fargo Rubber Stamp Works in Fargo North Dakota.
As you can see this hat shows a eggshell/white brim and button with a red overall. Very good condition. I'm guessing this is from the 1940s but not sure. The hat itself is made by the Pacific Athletic Co. in Los Angeles, California.
This measures approx. 7" with brim by 7" diameter
