I have 2 of these that were found in a century home estate
clean out. This one shows a Frau (Mrs.) George Shipman
Sr.
I feel somewhat sad that if I'm correct and Frau is for Mrs.
or her, she...then the woman who passed was not addressed by
her actual name. Hoping I'm mistaken.

Age 65 years. 9 month 17 days (that should put her as being
born April, 1851)
Gone but not forgotten on the ribbon held by the dove.

However it is well over 100 years old, but only shows minor
wear due to age and storage over the years. Very good
condition with bright clean gold gilt.
