1924 vintage Martin Saxophone, low-pitch silver plated model with a gold toned bell. May be a C Melody as the reed box states.

The serial number for this Saxaphone is 36091 and looks to be in good playable condition, as-found so just needs some minor cleaning. The hard case looks to be in nice condition as well but also could use a mild cleaning. Also included are the items shown in photo number one.
