Two early neat pieces for your sporting
or ephemera collection in great condition. The Poly Choke
Company is out of Hartford, Connecticut. With research it
appears to have been created appox. 1929ish.
The Brochure is an original Poly-Choke advertising pamphlet
titled "The House of Askins recommends The
Poly-Choke". Approx. measurements 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" with
4 pages. It has illustrated inside a letter from Major Chas.
Askins Sr. and one from Chas. Askins Jr. to Poly-Choke
praising their choke device. The back cover shows a great
graphic.
The letter is with brown lettering on sand colored paper. No
date that I can find. When it came in the mail originally it
was folded three times. Only slight corner crease one side
and somewhat cocked fold as I found it. Very nice.
Measures approx. 8 by 11 inches.
Both in great condition for the age with only very minor
slight handling wear through the ages. Please see all photos
