This is very nice Norman Rockwell "Boy on Stilts" figurine  that was produced by the Danbury Mint in September of 1980

Measures:   4 5/8" l x 2¾" w x 6¾" H. There is no box.

Handcrafted Fine Bisque Porcelain. Hand-painted. No chips or cracks, great condition.
