19th century walnut and pine daybed, in beautiful condition. Dual purpose items were for servants and/or used for multiple other purposes. Elongated shape and cushioned surface, this offers a place to relax and take a break from daily activities. Additionally, a practical piece of furniture that could be used as seating during the day and as a bed for guests at night. Especially useful in smaller living spaces or homes.

Walnut for the most part with pine slats, this is such an attractive piece. Cushions are not original but made as they were. It would be perfect in an entryway, at the foot of a bed or in a guest room, child's room.
