A nice antique art nouveau jewelry box designed with beautiful roses, stems, leaves in high relief. Footed casket style shows a great patina, a silver over a light gold toned metal on the plate.
The line interior is of deep red velvet. Looks as if separate from the piece. I haven't taken it out to see why and where ... will leave that to the new owner. It's an estate find and a very pretty piece. Typical wear for its age. the workmanship is so vivid that you can feel it. Lid works well.
Measures approx. 3" by 3" .
