As found. Early store fixture. Collectible, original c. 1930s commercial electric coffee grinder/cutter manufactured by the American Duplex Co. of Louisville, Kentucky. Serial No. 10191-30. Streamline Art Deco construction featuring a brushed steel and polished aluminum exterior with cast iron elements. Have not plugged in but will test as it is in storage.
Oversized figural "coffee pot" silhouette, heavy-duty industrial specialty coffee pot. Very few were made. These adorned Coffee shops etc. for both their design and mechanical reliability. Shows an adjustable lever on the front to select varying levels of coarseness (usually extra fine, fine, medium, and coarse).
Approximate Dimensions: 28"–29" Height x 21" Width (handle to spout) x 18" Depth.
Weight: Very heavy, approximately 70–80 lbs.
