Details
Believed to be circa 1900 - 1920. This architectural beauty found it's way to a Minnesota railroad depot in the early part of the last century by way of Chicago. Gracing a large open receiving room, it was removed and stored.
This is an impressive fixture that would easily fit perfectly in contemporary home, business or public building.
Measures approx. 40" in diameter and 37" tall. Made of solid brass or bronze.
Six graceful acanthus leaf arms each hold a total of 4 lights. Rare to find any chandelier structured like this with 24 in all. At the most you may see 18. This appears to be in very good condition for its age and being stored so long. As the pictures show, light dust is present and the candle lights casement has been broken, although I do believe these are replaceable. Please see and enlarge all photos, feel free to email with any questions. This is a real beauty.
