Details
Bastet was the goddess of protection, pleasure, and the bringer of good health.
Genuine Egyptian papyrus prints that was purchased in Egypt when previous owners were on a trip. We received many wonderful pieces of art and this is a favorite of mine due to my love of cats. For whatever reason you may like this, it is definitely worthy art for your home or as a gift.
The piece is from the IBIS PAPYRUS INSTITUTE in Giza. Measuring approx. with frame 17" by 14.5"
As can see, the back paper lining shows a slit that holds the paperwork shown in last photo. Not sure if paperwork complete as this was stored for a bit before our purchase. The frame shows a minor paint chip or two, the back has the framers label and overall the piece is very nice.
Please see photos as they are important to the description. Please feel free to email with any questions you may have. Thanks for dropping in!
