Charming pencil on board of a snow topped cabin and winter scene near a creek. This drawing possibly by the owner of the property is a great survivor and estate purchase. Found un-framed and in very good condition for being unprotected. The outlying border shows some soiling but the artwork itself is unblemished. Signed in the lower right corner and dated. Such a pleasant scene that it would be great gift.
Measures approx. 9" wide by 12" tall and 5.25" wide by 8" tall for the art. Would be lovely framed with matt.
