American illustrator Charles Bosseron Chambers created this large majestic portrait of Escamillo from the opera Carmen in the early 20th century. Such a nice print in its original period frame. 1920s, put out by the Edward Gross Co. NY who was an art publisher from the very early 1900's until 1959.
Measures approximately: 20.5" x 15" overall.
Beautiful vintage condition with some very minor spots under the glass on eggshell matte. Glass needs a light cleaning and my camera shows reflections. A great addition to your art collection or perfect gift, especially at Christmas.
