Carlsbad, California artist Pat McCoury 'Artist’s Proof'.print - titled "From the promenade, Carlsbad" A/P - signed lower right hand corner in pencil.

American 20th Century Artist Patricia McCoury. This was found as-is in a collector's estate. I have not taken it apart, only cleaned the exterior.

This is a very attractive and detailed vintage Artist Proof print that depicts people enjoying a day at Carlsbad, California Beach. This is signed both in the print as well as in pencil below.  It is framed in a a nice Vintage Metal Decor Frame that complements it.
This framed painting measures 25.75" wide by 21.5" tall, and is ready to be displayed and enjoyed.
