Beautiful painting on board and a survivor. Wonderful condition for this old pretty piece. Antique oil painting unsigned.

German, Scandinavian family estate and we were told it was handed down as an heirloom. The story was the painter was 'important' but there is no way of knowing who or when.
We run into so many warm stories like this.

Country village home with a strong red roof. Looks to be in excellent shape for the age with age cracked paint. Back is browned but still can see a faint stamp can still be seen on back.

Beautiful transferal of light effects.  Gold gilt frame in very good condition with a small spot at the top of it. See photos. The frame measuring 12.5" by 10.5". Board measures 10" by 8.25"
