Julius Olson & Andrew Nelland Warren Minnesota Lrg
Photograph
Item #: BNT730 Our price: $65.00 |
This is a fun and scarce find from a century home estate having history from the Warren Mn area.
The man in the center is believed to be Julius J. Olson (February 22, 1875 – May 22, 1955), In 1916, he served as a delegate from Minnesota to Democratic National Convention. In 1927,
Olson took on as an associate Oscar Knutson, who eventually succeeded him both as a district court judge and on the Minnesota Supreme Court. The last photo is one of the young Olson (not part of this sale) .... I will let you decide if they are in fact the same man in the center.
The other name listed is Andrew Nelland. I have a couple full photo albums from the same estate purchase years ago where I believe I can acquire more information on this large photo. The families were from Warren Minnesota.
This measures 10" by 9". Very good condition with beveled edge inset in the photo. Note the soiling lower right corner. Excellent piece of history for the State, Town of Warren and Genealogy.
