Wonderful old real photo postcard for Richland Center
Wisconsin History. This shows a very pretty girl or young
woman in a black heavy coat and over shoes. Her unique hat
looks to be fur and fits tightly on her hair.
The Fleece collar and hand muff is too great. White locks
just dangle from both and I'm sure are very warm.
This card believed to be approx. 1900 - 1910, the
photograph itself may be older. Showing a snow filled
doorway or entry with metal pot on the ground. She is only
allowed a boardwalk to the door.
Although you can tell she is very pretty she has that look
all of us get when winter stays too long.
The back of the card is stamped A. S. Rockwell, Richland
Center Wis. 1909 - 1925 in this area.
Great card in good shape for the age. Does show a hard
bump to the center mostly noticeable from the back, bumped
corners and edges.
Please see photos and email with any questions prior to
purchase.
Thanks for looking.
