This is a great real photo postcard showing a very real and rustic trapper styled gentleman with his rifle and snowshoes. Probably an early war or military scout.

He is wearing a great pair of native American beaded moccasins and warm fur collared parka garb including a fur Russian Cossack styled hat.

His hand in the rifle strap and his snowshoes are slung over one shoulder. Very cool old RPPC. Tells a story just looking at him.

Good condition with slightly bumped corners. RPPC
