Used and dated, postmarked 1938. Party Rally, from the
Hoffmann galleries showing a Reichsarbeitdiesnt (RAD) /
Reich Labor Service man with shovel.

major organization established in Nazi Germany as an agency
to help mitigate the effects of unemployment on the German
economy, militarize the workforce and indoctrinate it with
Nazi ideology.
It was the official state labour service, divided into

Good shape for age but notable bumps to corners and some
hard creases. (This image was stolen by another site and
photo shopped so please note the watermark is not on actual
card, just hopefully a deterrent)
