  Textured to look and feel like a leather basketball. Measuring approx. 2.25" in diameter for the button and 4.25" long in total. This is a very nice early pinback that is showing black lettering - Eastern Tourney '52 On To State. Orange and black ribbons dangle from the button and the factory maker shows on the back 'Union Label'.
