Very neat early real photo postcard with a beach side walk, sand and surf and bathing. Many of the folks are out and enjoying what looks to be a beautiful day in Seaside, California. There is a small white building that must have been a favorite stop. The Little White House....known for their Coffee!

This measures approx. 5.5 by 3.5 inches
