Michal Sparks who authored "My Very First Tea Party" a rather famous children's book.

This piece is chip and crack free, there is some slight discoloration at the deep ring bottom inside of the cup. I cannot tell if it's from tea, or happened in the painting process and deliberate.

The paintwork is excellent, this is a very nice, very collectible set.

Measurements are approx. 5.5" x 7" for this stacked individual teapot, lid and cup and is in very good condition.
