This neat ashtray features a horse and buggy scene, titled ‘Irish Jaunting-car’.

The design has the center highlighting a horse pulling a buggy with a couple seated to the side. Reminds me of a favorite movie,
The Quiet Man with John Wayne. Raised shamrock design around the rim.

This ashtray has earth-tone glazes in blue, grey and green drip glazes with a rich caramel. No two pieces are exactly the same due to variations in the glazes and firings.
A great tray for jewelry, keys, or add to a ashtray collection or give to an  Irish friend!
