Details

Wheel‑thrown stoneware vessel with lid and side spout, finished in a speckled ash glaze. The form features a gently rounded body and narrow base with incised rings, complemented by a matching lid with knob handle. The underside bears what I believe to be a hand‑signed mark “VB,” identifying it as the work of an individual studio potter. Likely intended as a wine or cider dispenser, this piece reflects the rustic elegance and tactile quality of mid‑century studio ceramics — equally suited for display or functional use. Very good vintage condition. I don't see any chips or cracks. Could use a light cleaning due to it being in storage a bit before we purchased estate.

Measures approx. 16 in. tall and 6.5 in. at it's widest
