This is a very lovely earthenware pottery Kyoto styled vase made I believe sometime during 1910-1950. It has the Moriage hand painting and measures approx. 5" tall by 3" at the widest and has a 1 3/8" diameter base.

There are no markings on the bottom which is typical for the time. This does show a repaired crack at the top of the mouth but definitely much too pretty to throw out. Beautiful coloration's with embossed elephants on each side. Geisha almost hidden upper top of one side.
