Details

A beautifully hand‑carved Scandinavian wooden panel dating to around the 1930s or 40s. Crafted in light pine or birch, it features intricate geometric and rosette motifs typical of Nordic folk art. The symmetrical chip‑carving showcases exceptional precision and depth, with a warm natural finish that highlights the wood grain. This piece is larger, deeper carved, and more symmetrical than most examples I can find. A very wonderful piece.
