A very fun find and very nice item if you
like rare Hockey programs and magazines.
This is a Hockey Magazine showing the Roster for Minneapolis
MILLERs in 1949-50. I don't find any other dates. Sixteen
pages of killer beer ads, soda, cigarettes, sports shops,
Bloodhart Motors, Johnson Boat Motors, and more for the
collector of ephemera. Also the Hockey news, great pictures,
rules of the game and official lineups.
Bob Beebe, Minneapolis Star Hockey writer shows where
players must be Rugged - and Lucky. Nice photo of the
USHL President, Carl P. Voss. This shows the Louisville
Line-up.
Write up and photo of William Harvey "The Dapper Yapper"
Warwick (November 17, 1924 – October 3, 2007) a professional
Canadian ice hockey forward. He was inducted into the
Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame and Museum.
The Magazine is in very good condition with normal
wear for the age. Shows a light fold to center. Slightly
bumped corners.
