This hand cut wood jig saw puzzle was made by J. I. Austen Company , Chicago, Illinois. They were an artwork framer and publisher of books, postcards, stereoviews, puzzles and playing cards between 1895 and 1910. This shows Komplikato - The Society Fad on the front of the original box. Two puzzles in one with over 100 pieces. Pictures on each side. No. 10. I have not put this together but will soon and add photos. Estate find.
Box measures 6.25” x 3.75” .
As you can see, the box is in good condition for the age. Two punctures and some minor spotting, but still a super display for your game collection.
